    The rooftop bar could use more atmosphere to draw in guests!!! Limited room service options felt disappointing, especially lacking salad varieties and nearby dining choices!!!

    Really enjoyed an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and air conditioning in the room. The personnel was amicable and helpful. The location for Tokyo was marvellous and perfectly comfortable, near Tokyo, the subway line and nearby Asakasa, and the underground station and convenient stores. Btw, we admired Akasakamitsuke Mark, based not very far from the hotel.

    Beds were very hard in this place.

    Had a really really nice stay, the hotel is wonderful.

    Enjoyed the room with all the amenities, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were very very helpful and excellent, and the private parking was available. Location: the hotel was close enough to a convenient store and metro station and the metro line and the subway and metro points...

    Spacious accommodations with a very comfortable bed. The well-stocked amenities, including bath salts and herbal sheets, added a luxury touch. The outdated carpet and musty closet smell were notable downsides were good. The lack of a washlet and limited maid service also fell short compared to other hotels. A good experience despite some maintenance issues.

    The complimentary mini-bar was a nice touch, refilled daily with refreshments. The staff were friendly, assisting efficiently with any requests I had. The sound insulation from the busy road outside was excellent. The hotel offered great amenities that catered to a business traveler's needs.
